Hello, I am ...
o, I am interested in getting some kind of energy set up. I wonder if the winds in N.C. would be enough to benefit getting a wind turbine? I live in the Piedmont or center portion of the state. I am now using a gas pack to heat my house. It's like making a house payment.

I couldn't afford ...
I couldn't afford all that swindm, I'm from New York, and we have been in a depression since nov 2002 when Bush threatened to invade Iraq. Life has been very difficult for us since then. I had to choose between food or electricity bills. Just saving up for this took me about a year and a half, some days not having any food. So you see I couldn't afford all that high end equipment. I can barter energy for the coming global depression

7,500 for the whole ...
7,500 for the whole system? , that's expensive. My inverters aren't state of the art, they use 'dirty' power. I have 2x 45 watt solar panels. My solar panel setup cost about 650$, my airX setup was a lot more, about 1,350, and thats the 29" tower 2x 12volt 35AH batt 400watt inverter lightning arrestor stop switch breaker. I use my solar, but haven't set up my wind generator yet
